Use this shot to kill off a rally. The forehand is played from the fore court to your opponents mid court and the aim is to finish off the rally.

The kill shot requires you to be aggressive and reach the shuttle as early as possible and put it away. Many players swing widely and this can bring the shuttle out of the court or even to the net.

Good technique will ensure that your kills dont comeback.

Start with a split step just after your opponents hit the shuttle. Lunge positively the racket foot landing with or just after impact and the rear foot is turn out.

Supernate the forearm and establish a relax slightly pan handed on the back swing. Tighten the grip and pronate the forearm on the forward swing.

Have a bend elbow and wrist at the end of the back swing. Reach out and tap the shuttle out on the forward swing.
