Another local Malaysian coach bid farewell to the national body (BAM) in search for a better condition overseas.

Jeremy is set to be the 3rd Malaysian badminton coach to be under a foreign country payroll.

Jeremy tendered his resignation as the national men’s doubles coach and he is the second high profile coach to leave BAM in September itself.

Morten Frost left after 2.5 years stint citing personal reasons.

Jeremy 38 years of age who has served BAM for 15 years said that it was “time to move on”.

The list of Malaysian coaches training abroad :-

Wonder which country has approced Jeremy but most importantly we wish him all the best.

Some of the achievements by Jeremy Gan under BAM :-

Jeremy’s final words as a BAM coach “I’ve been with BAM a long time. It’s time to go out there and gain more experience. It’ll enhance my coaching credentials. I’ll be a better coach with the overseas experience,” he said.

All the best and we shall hope you comeback to Malaysia soon to guide us to greater heights.
