Player starts off with a chasse and then the china jump. Player is not fully rotating in body when executing the china jump. Player is using one chasse towards the center when landing, pills and exploding with this chasse. Notice how player uses the second chasse to explode towards the net ending with a push step.

Focus Areas:
1. Moving with low gravity and with fast chasses.
2. Pushing off on the left foot, and thereafter the right foot. Getting as high as possible.
3. Focus on the weight transfer when making the china jump, the body should be leaning forward when landing with the right foot closest to the back line. This makes it easier getting forward when landing.
