Du Jing & Yu Yang took on Gao Ling & Wei Yili in the China Masters 2009 semi finals badminton event. Gao Ling & Wei Yili are not part of the Chinese Badminton Association but are playing independently.

Du Jing & Yu Yang are the reigning Olympic gold medalist while Gao Ling is a multiple Olympic gold medalist. I know that most of you are waiting for Japan Open 2009 but be rest assured i will try my best to put it up today.

Wang Lin took on youngster Wang Xin in the China Masters 2009 women singles semi finals badminton tournament. China is producing too many world class women singles player. I am pretty sure China will dominate women singles event for the next 10 years at least.

Both Wang Lin and Wang Xin are just in their early twenties and they are already world class players. Enjoy the match as both players tried hard to outsmart their opponents!

It is a second round match for Lee Chong Wei taking on China’s Lu Qi Cheng in the China Masters 2009. Just want to share to you all that China is trying their best to produce new Lin Dan.

Many countries are still finding hard to replace their top men singles player. Denmark is having problem finding a new Peter Gade. Their hope lies on Jan O Jorgensen while Indonesia will be hoping Simon Santosa can become Taufik Hidayat one day.

Boonsak Ponsana of Thailand the 11th seed for the tournament took on home crowd and Olympic champion Lin Dan in the men singles finals of the China Masters 2009.

In the semi finals, Lin Dan defeated Chong Wei while Boonsak upset Chen Jin of China. Both players are rated as talented but Lin Dan is consider the favorite for this match because he is more consistent compared to Boonsak.

Boonsak on his day can beat anybody. Can he sly the dragon at his own den?
