Three cheers for Polish badminton! Yip Yip Hooray… Yip Yip Hooray… Yip Yip Hooray! Their mixed doubles pairing of Robert Mateusiak & Nadiezda Kostiuczyk made it to the semi finals of the World Super Series badminton tournament in the mixed doubles semi finals.

In the semis, the Polish pair will take on Diju & Jwala Gutta of India. On paper, the Indian pairing is a much better pair if compared to the achievement of the Polish pair. In badminton, nothing is certain and i am pretty sure the Polish pair will give their best.

Joachim Fischer & Christina Pedersen are on a roll in the world of badminton in the mixed doubles event. They are pair which are getting more and more attention of late.

Without question, the Danes made it to the finals of the World Super Series Masters Finals 2009 taking on Diju Valiyaveetil & Jwala Gutta of India in the mixed doubles finals.

The Danes will start as favorites for sure to win this title. Can the Indians stop the hot streak Danes from winning another title?

Chan Peng Soon & Goh Liu Ying of Malaysia took on Diju Valiyaveetil & Jwala Gutta in the Taiwan Open mixed doubles semi finals match.

The Indian pairing is the third seed and is favorite to go through. Peng Soon & Liu Ying will be hoping to make their first finals ever and trust me, they are a good combination that show’s no fear to any pairing.

The Malaysians need more consistency and experience to progress further and they are heading the right direction.

Flandy Limpele a star back home in Indonesia. Limpele and Vita Marissa make up a good mixed doubles combination took on Diju Valiyaveetil & Jwala Gutta of India at the 2009 India Open badminton tournament mixed doubles finals.

The Indian pairing will have the home ground advantage for this match but the Indonesian are favorites. Enjoy!
