One of the most simple badminton drill is the drop and lift drill. Two players will be needed with one on each side of the court.

You can start moving towards the shuttle once your partner made a shot. You shouldn’t assume your partner hitting location to avoid being at the place even before the shuttle is being played. This will spoil the whole drill.

Practice this drill as much as possible to improve on your drop shot and also your footwork towards the shuttle.
