Player is moving with fast steps, hospital and with very low gravity. Player is leaning forward to be as close to the floor and thereby the shuttle as possible.

NOTICE: Now and then the coach is throwing shuttles high at the net, forcing the player to attack at the net making a kill.

Focus Area:
1. Player has a very low center of gravity, much lower than during normal play. When attacking high on the net, it is very important that player returns to low gravity.
2. Fast rapid moves, moving on front feet.
3. Using left arm to obtain balance and core stability.
