Jesper de Waal started playing badminton when he was 8 as a hobby. His first love was soccer.
When he started, he wasnt good at all and was probably the worst player in his group. He was short and weak but had one thing that the others didn’t have – dream to represent his country and to play at the Olympics.
He started to train hard when he turned 14 and after 4 years later, he got selected for the Swedish national team and reached the ranking of 2 in Under 19 category.
Training can do miracles, you just have to FIGHT, FIGHT and FIGHT to fulfill your dreams.
We wish him all the best in his dream and may his Olympic dream come true. Nonetheless, enjoy his video of his best moments on court.
