The mid court drive is useful when you want to exert pressure to your opponents. It is always seen in double matches where they want to increase the speed of a rally.

If you opponent is isn’t ready to engage with you in a mid court drive battle. It will surely gives you a chance to finish the rally off if their reply is half court.

This drill is simple as you will need a feeder on the other side of the court. Just keep the mid court drive drill as long as possible and try to exert force in the drill.
