Home favorites Koo Kien Keat & Tan Boon Heong took on Chai Biao & Zhang Nan of China in the men doubles semi finals of the Proton Malaysia Open Super Series 2010 badminton tournament.

The Malaysian is ranked first in this tournament while their Chinese opponents are not seeded at all. Both the Chinese players are only age 19 and they are showing signs that they are a force to be reckoned in the future.

To be honest, Chai Biao-Zhang Nan combination is a fearless combination and it is good for the game of badminton to see younger players coming up from the lower ranks to give trouble for more senior players like Kien Keat-Boon Heong.
