Lee Yong Dae & Lee Hyo Jung the top seed for the mixed doubles event took on Xie Zhongbo & Zhang Yawen in the World Badminton Championship 2009 tournament.

On paper, Yong Dae & Hyo Jung shouldn’t have much problem to qualify for the semi finals. Never say never against a Chinese pairing.
