   I think Lin dan its the best right now, even if hes rank 5th in the world. Hes just playing the important tournament and thats the ranking. but hes seem to win every tournament he play.

   The male commentator chats some absolute rubbish! Interesting match though, lin dan once again not performing to the best of his ability when playing a chinese player. Still quite impressive though!

   not like before, everything can be internally organized. With the money award to be split between the organization and the player, now it comes to the fact the winner to get the money. Even pingpong, the winner can get a big money with the result of advertisement income, internal arrangement is harder and harder….see female pingpong competition in china, it is tough too…

    Yep, sometimes that commentator is extremely random, in the Lin Dan v Peter Gade match he said at the end “What would harry potter do in this situation?”.

    The male commentator is not a ex pro player but the woman commentator, Gillian Marget Clark was an all England double champion with an MBE title.

    Yet, they don’t know much about China badminton. They try to talk about Lin Dan’s coach but they only know Xia Ze Xun. They don’t known the older guy with a cap is the coach of all coaches who is an Indonesia born Chinese and build Chinese badminton from the ground up since 1960s.

    Ya I don’t think Lin Dan wanted to beat a team mate but… what can he do. I think thats why he was a bit subdued after winning, didn’t want to rub it in Chen Jin’s face.

    Thanks for the video! Both players did a great job!

    It would have been a fun final to watch if not for the male commentator! Who is he? Such a jerk (I should use Asshole to describe him)! He used the words “annoying, mean, shame, fool …” to comment on the world’s greatest badminton players. He even said “you can’t play like that”, as if he could do anything even marginally close to that!
    One thing: I would have punched his face if I was there!

    The arena looked empty…how disappointing. Can’t believe the finals between two amazing players can’t draw much of a crowd.

    I’m an avid fan of Lin Dan. Nevertheless, I personally believe that ranking is not really significant in the sphere of professional players. Anybody can win. It will essentially be matters of strokes and strategies. Attitude is of course an indispensable factor in winning a game. Take for example Lee Chong Wei and Lin Dan’s matches… Both of them can defeat one after the other… So it’s really circumstancial..

    no need to “arranged internally” because china vs china. if it was arranged, the result should be like that chen jin won the match.
